The HLW 15020 kit requires only a philips screw driver and about 10 minutes to assemble..

Set by Step Shourt LIne Photo Instructions:

Read instructions below before starting assembly

Step 1: Lay flat car frame upside down on a work surface

Step 2: Place the couplers on the frame as shown above

Step 3: Place a washer (included) on the mounting hole of each coupler and attach securely with a philips screw (included) using a screw driver (not included)

Step 4a: Place the hook end down and one of the hinge pin into the slot on the previously mounted loop at an angle as shown.

Step 4: Rotate the hook so the other hinge pin slides into the opening of the loop and push down on the opposite side of the hook to test the spring action. Repeat for the other end.

Step 5a: Insert a wheel onto an axle as shown above..

Step 5b: Insert a wheel on the other end of the axle and adjust so axle produces equally on each side of the assembly. Repeat with the second axle and wheels.

Step 6: Please side rails into car bed with HWL logo facing away from enter of car

Step 7: Insert the two assembled axles with wheels into the side rails as shown above

Step 8a: Flip the car over and insert the 6 stakes into the bed of the car as shown above

Step 8b: Insert the 6 tie down eyelets into the bed of the car and then place the ore bin on the two supports.

Step 9: Place about 1/4 drop of Shourt Line Diamond 4 nano-meter spherical diamond oil on each end of the axle where they attach to the side rails

Collect all 4 HLW mini car kits and you are ready for action! (Tanker, Gondola and Flat Car are not included with the kit but available at our store)
